1. Order Processing & Production Time
Unlike mass-produced machine rugs, every item in our store is made with care and precision.
- Handmaking & Dispatch Timeline: It takes us 5 to 7 business days to meticulously weave, finish, wash, and quality-check your rug.
- Once the quality check is complete, your order is safely packed and dispatched immediately.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time (US, UK & Worldwide)
We partner with premium international courier services (like DHL, FedEx, and UPS) to ensure your handmade rug reaches you safely and as fast as possible.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to deliver to your doorstep in the USA, UK, and other international destinations.
- Total Estimated Time: You can expect your beautiful rug to arrive within 10 to 14 business days from the date of purchase (Production + Shipping combined).
3. Order Tracking
The moment your rug is shipped, we will automatically update your order with a Tracking Number and a tracking link via email. You will be able to monitor the journey of your package every step of the way, from our hands to your home.
4. Custom Orders Timeline
Please note that for oversized custom rugs or highly personalized designs, the production time might vary slightly depending on the complexity. If your custom order requires extra days, our support team will keep you updated directly via email.
