At HomeHavenRug, we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure your beautiful, hand-tufted rug reaches you as quickly as possible. Because our rugs involve detailed preparation and craftsmanship, we have a strict cancellation window.

1. Cancellation Time-Frame

  • 3-Hour Window: You can request a full cancellation of your order within 3 hours of making the purchase.

  • Once the 3-hour window has passed, your order enters our production or shipping pipeline, and it can no longer be canceled or modified.

2. Custom or Personalized Orders

  • Please note that any custom-sized or specially personalized rugs cannot be canceled once production has begun, even if it is close to the 3-hour limit, as these items are specially crafted to your unique specifications.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order within the allowed 3 hours, please contact us immediately with your Order Number:

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is received within 3 hours, we will cancel your order immediately and issue a 100% full refund.

  • The refund will be credited automatically back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) within a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
