1. Return & Exchange Window
14 Days Policy: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate a return or exchange request.
Requests made after 14 days of delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, please ensure that:
The rug is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from any damage (such as dirt, pet hair, or stains).
The rug must be securely packed in its original packaging or equivalent protective wrapping to avoid damage during transit.
Loss in Value: As agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. A partial refund may apply in such cases.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Buyer’s Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for all return postage/shipping costs.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you need to return or exchange your rug, please follow these simple steps:

Provide your Order Number and a brief reason for the return or exchange (along with photos if the item arrived damaged).
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
5. Refunds Processing
Once your returned rug is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
